Amazing Sunday and Monday. I got to give 2 of my 3 kids the time of their lives. Preston got 5 kings on Sunday in 2.5 hours. Then on Monday, Olivia and 2 friends - lights out - 11 kings. We released them all to get bigger even though they were plenty big!

Last Sunday before leaving, my boat house neighbors had boat issues the day prior and the mayor of boat house 4 asked if we could fit them in with us for an early morning trip. Northern Redneck will never say no to go fishing. So we headed out at 5am. We sat right in on my number from early that week and it was on from the first 5 minutes. We went 5 for 10 on Kings. Sean had opportunity to fight a monster and boat needed to pull out all the tricks we had to land his monster King 32lbs it was 25 minutes fight with alot chaos at the back of the boat.

Last week Daniel Lechner and brother Tom had 2 friend on a 2 day charter. Day one had a great mix of fish and sizes 6 Kings and 5 Lake Trout. Day 2 we started in the same area with a few teenage size Kings and lot of boat traffic so we made the run to the lanes made 2 passes not much going there. Next off laker land where we catch, not fish. Lake trout fishing wrapped up in 45 minutes. Doubles and triples the guys loved the constant rod action. We then moved back to where we started the day. Saw lots of fish up high and Dan really wanted to catch a brown trout so I moved everything up high and threw in a Stern planer. After trolling for 30 minutes the stern planer went for one hell of ride, it went from 150ft away from the boat to 560ft, not a Brown, but a 25lb King. These mens are every charter captians dream. Alway ready to grab a rod and willing to subdue the fish for the cooler.

Last weekend had 2 days great day with clients / friends. Danny, Mike, Chris, and Footie. This crew had 27 kings 3 lake trout. Here are a few pictures from their charter video’s will follow need some time to edit all the shenanigans. Lol

Another great weekend for Northern Redneck Charters. We competed in two tournaments, first the Lake Ontario Counties and The Henderson spring derby. We brought 3 fish into the LOC 3rd place and 7th place Lake Trout and 6th place Brown Trout. We caught approximately 115 fish this past weekend. All but a few were of the released. Special Thank to everyone that helped out Blaze Clymer, Kelsey Alvarez, Tom VanDeusen, Capt. Chris Kerchner, and last but not least Cherly Kerchner. This Summer is shaping up to be amazing.

2022 off to a good start with Northern Redneck Charters. Took 1st Place in Sonny's tournament last weekend. Tom VanDeusen won it with 22lb Lake Trout. Well see what this weekend brings us.

Few pictures from this weekends excursion. All the lake trout you could hadden. Both days we had the limit wrapped up in under an hour. Finally Sunday we caught a nice Coho.

Another successful day on the big pond. What a way to start the season with a group friends from my youth. See you next year.
