New loan limits for 2022:

• Conventional - $647,200
The max conventional loan limit for one–unit properties in 2022 stretched to $647,200 for the majority of the country. That’s a jump of $98,950 or about 18% over 2021’s $548,250.

• FHA - $420,680
The max FHA loan limit for one–unit properties in 2022 stretched to $420,680 for the majority of the country.
That’s a jump of $64,320 or about 18% over 2021’s $356,360.
