At home care is your hydration, staying away from alcohol 24 hours before an appointment & 48 hours after an appointment, your diet & your exercise.

Appointments can be made every 72 hours.

My client is consistent with her appointments. I have been seeing her every 72 hours & she’s doing a double session each time. She’s currently on her 3rd session!
