We're officially in Week III of our 30-Day Superfoods Challenge, and we're loving the recipes you all have shared. We will keep highlighting your recipes in our stories.

This week's focus is building muscle! Our recommended superfoods are our Spirulina and Maca Superfood Powders.

Spirulina is a powerful energy booster that has excellent anti-inflammatory properties and can help improve energy, muscle strength, and endurance! Also, while Spirulina has no taste, REAL spirulina has a great fishy flavor that makes it ideal for seafood and savory foods.

Try this Spicy Okra Seafood Soup on a nice cool day for maximum benefits.

Save the recipe! 🌱

Ingredients
1 Ginger root
1 Habanero pepper
A bowl of chopped Okra
1 Green bell pepper
2 tbsps of Sarifoods Nutritional Yeast
1 tbsp of Sarifoods Spirulina
1 Bowl of oyster mushrooms
1 lb of octopus or seafood of choice
A hand full of chopped spinach
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp of coconut aminos
Salt to the taste.

Recipe
🌱Blend okra, veggies, spices (except spinach and mushrooms), and spirulina into smooth slimy consistency.

🌱Stir fry Mushrooms and Octopus in hot Avocado oil. Add Nutritional Yeast and Coconut aminos for flavor.

🌱In the same saucepan add Okra-Spirulina and spice blend to the pan, add 1/2 a cup of water, stir well and let it cook slowly for 15 minutes.

🌱Lastly, adjust the Sari Foods Nutritional Yeast to your liking, add the spinach to the sauce, and stir.

🌱Transfer the Spicy Okra Soup into a serving bowl and top with fresh parsley or basil.

🌱Serve while hot, and pair with a side of hot semolina fufu, rice or boiled sweet plantains.

Here's a delicious Orange, Ginger & Turmeric recipe you can try, using our Turmeric superfood powder. If you'd like more recipes to try, you can scroll our reels for options.

ORANGE TURMERIC JUICE RECIPE!
Ingredients:
18 oz freshly squeezed orange juice (approx. 6 oranges)
7 cups cubed watermelon
Approx. 3" k**b of peeled ginger root
1 tsp Sari Foods Organic Turmeric Powder
Directions:
🌱Juice six or so oranges until you reach 18oz of juice.

🌱Cut and cube watermelon, and transfer to a blender. Add ginger (no need to mince or grate) and turmeric. Pour in orange juice.

🌱Blend until watermelon chunks have liquefied and juice is as smooth as possible. Pour juice through a strainer and discard pulp (unless you have another use for it).

Garlic Flavored Creamy Vegan Pizza Pasta 🍕🍝
SERVES 4

8 oz pasta of choice, GF if desired
2 C cauliflower florets
1/3 C raw cashews
2 garlic cloves
3/4 - 1 C pasta water
2 tbsp tapioca flour
2 tbsp Pizza Nutritional Yeast
2 tbsp Garlic Parm Nutritional Yeast
1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
2 TBSP tomato paste
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 C veggies, chopped
Fresh parsley or basil, to garnish

1. Add cauliflower, cashews, and garlic to a saucepan full of water and boil for 10-15 minutes until cauliflower is soft. Drain and add to a blender.

2. In the same saucepan, cook pasta, drain and reserve 1 C of the pasta water and set aside.

3. Add 3/4 C of the pasta water to the blender along with the remaining ingredients except for herbs and veggies. Blend for 1-2 minutes until super silky smooth and creamy. Season to taste. Adjust the Sari Foods Nutritional Yeast flavors to your liking by adding more or less of the Garlic Parm and Pizza flavors

4. While pasta is cooking and sauce is blending, sauté veggies until tender.

5. Pour sauce into the same saucepan used before and stir over low heat until heated through. Add pasta and veggies. Stir to combine.

6. Transfer to serving bowls and top with fresh parsley or basil. YUM!

Sari Pizza Rolls

Hey, !
Kick-off the year with our delicious vegan recipes. Eating healthy never has to be an expensive fad, we're going to help you make it a lifestyle.
We're starting you off with a focus on better, higher, energy levels, with our Vegan pizza roll recipe from .veganbabe. Our main ingredients? Sari Foods Garlic Parmesan and Pizza Flavored Nutritional Yeast seasonings, high in A and B Vitamins.

👩‍🍳 Recipe
✨INGREDIENTS PER ROLL✨
Puff pastry dough
🌱🧄1 tbsp of Sarifoods Garlic Parm Nooch
🍅🍕1 tbsp of Sarifoods Pizza Nooch
1 tbsp of Marinara sauce
1 tbsp of Vegan cheese
Chopped Onions, Tomatoes, Olives
Oil spray
Pinch of salt

✅ Lay out your puff pastry dough
✅ Chop your favorite toppings (onions, tomatoes, garlic peppers, etc.) place atop the roll
✅ Roll up the puff pastries
✅ Place them in an air frier
✅ Lather some oil
✅ Set Fryer to 350 degrees
✅ Let it air fry until golden brown

🌿 Serve while hot!

Superfood, spice, and everything nice, what every holiday dinner table needs!
Try our Sari Foods Wheatgrass pesto recipe for a flavorful superfood condiment that will wow the family.

Ingredients:

½ cup Sari Foods Non-Fortified Nutritional Yeast Flakes 1 Tbsp of Sari Foods Garlic Parmesan Nutritional Yeast
1 cup pine nuts
1 handful fresh spinach
2 handfuls fresh basil
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Freshly ground black pepper
1 garlic clove, roughly chopped
1 tsp Sari Foods Organic Wheatgrass Powder

Directions:
Place spinach, basil, and garlic in a food processor and pulse.
Add pine nuts and olive oil, and pulse again.
Stir in Wheatgrass, nutritional yeast, and lemon juice. Pulse once more if you prefer a smoother, creamier consistency.

Season with pepper to taste and use as a sauce with your favorite spiralized zucchini or gluten-free pasta.

🌱 We’ve leveled up your average nutritional yeast. Our Garlic Parmesan and Pizza Nooch are the secret ingredients you never knew you needed.
🌱Save and try this Vegan Pizza Toast recipe at home:

🌱 Key Ingredients: Flatbread, tomatoes, onions, basil, red peppers, shredded almond mozzarella cheese, salt, Sari Foods Garlic Parmesan and Pizza flavored Nutritional Yeast, cooking oil.

Instructions
🧄🍅 Slice and blend onions, tomatoes and red peppers
🧄🍅 Chop smaller pieces of onions, peppers, and olives (toppings)
🧄🍅 Cook blended tomatoes for 5 - 10 minutes as needed
🧄🍅 Add 2 TBL spoons of Garlic parmesan to tomato sauce and stir
🧄🍅 Oil flatbread, lather tomato cooked sauce on top
🧄🍅 Add shredded cheese, Pizza seasoning, and chopped toppings
🧄🍅Place layered flatbread with toppings into an air fryer on 350 for 10 minutes and monitor until golden brown and cooked inside.
🧄🍅 Take out of Air fryer when done, and add chopped basil

🌱 Serve while hot and share with a loved one.
