Cracking the code on egg-cellent design! At FEA, we’ve whipped up the perfect engineering recipe for Eggslut at the Cosmopolitan. We integrated perfect lighting design solutions in collaboration with our sister company Light Theory Studios. 🥚🍳

Eggslut, founded in 2011 by chef Alvin Cailan, is inspired by a genuine love for eggs. The menu strikes a perfect balance between comfort and innovation, offering classic comfort fare with a twist that appeals to both novice and seasoned foodies, all centered around the key ingredient: eggs.

We've mixed up the perfect blend of engineering magic to illuminate this crystal-ensconced marvel at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. A team of scientists from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU Singapore) has developed an artificial “worm gut” to break down plastics. By isolating gut bacteria from worms, they’ve eliminated the need for large-scale worm breeding. This nature-inspired tech could revolutionize our approach to plastic waste management. 🌍🔬🪱

Meet George Hitter! George has worked on some of North America’s most prominent hospitality projects including Atlantis Resort in Nassau, W Hotel Miami and New York New York Hotel and Casino, to name a few. His expertise lies in translating our engineering designs into practical, high-quality constructions while strictly adhering to quality control standards and ensuring constructability.



As our Construction Administrator, he’s a pro at turning dreams into reality. When he's not on-site, look for George out in the “boonies” camping or off-road exploring in his Jeep. Proud husband, father and grandfather, George embodies dedication both at work and at home.

A leader in the industry, Ryan was named among the country’s top building, design and construction professionals under 40 years old in the renowned Building Design + Construction “40 Under 40.” He is also a past president of ASHRAE Southern Nevada and has served on its board of governors for the past seven years.
