Pica back meowing in your ears with some serious advice!! We are getting a lot of calls for dishwashers not draining, not cleaning dishes etc. Please save yourself the aggravation and money!!! Don’t pay attention to the commercials for either the dishwasher or especially the soap ones that say there is no need to scrape or rinse your dishes. This will eventually cause problems with the machine no matter the brand or the soap. Honestly they just want to sell you stuff!! Unscraped and unrinsed dishes will eventually clog the spray arms and they do serious damage to the drain pump and they end up needing replacement. Also never use hand dish soap in the machine it will flood and take forever to get the bubbles out. Also stay away from the dishwasher soaps that include “Dawn” or other hand dish soaps they cause those problems as well!!! If your machine is already giving you problems give us a call!!!

Pica back again!!! The 4th of July is upon us! Happy Birthday America! And so is the HEAT!! I wanted to say from all of us at Mr. Appliance enjoy the long weekend and stay safe!! A lot of people will be taking the whole week off. We will be working Monday-Wednesday before the holiday and do our best to get you running before the long weekend. Pica here with some mindful tips this week I've noticed an influx in calls with freezers. To keep your freezer in good shape try to deep clean it at lease twice a year removing any buildup, clean your drain lines as well as defrosting the freezer to remove any build up. As the these Tennessee temperatures continue to rise remember outdoor freezer/ garage freezers are going to feel the heat! Hello again, Pica back with you! Told you that summer heat and humidity was coming! And me stuck in this fur coat!! We always get very busy when it’s like this, appliances don’t like these conditions. So we fill up very quickly.
This week I would like to talk with you about our scheduling process. We are a first come first serve business, depending on the day and time you call we can sometimes schedule you that day but definitely by the next day. We can do am or pm time slots but is extremely hard to do any exact or specific times. We route our technicians geographically which is why we are always on time, even early. This is why we do the time blocks when you call
You will always receive a text and email confirmation the afternoon of the day before your appointment. This includes a time and 2 hour window of when they will be there. It also includes a picture of the technician and the van they are driving so you know who’s coming to your door! On the day of your appointment you will also receive a text message when the technician is heading to your home! If you need to move an appointment for a last minute emergency we can but may not be able to do it that same day, but always get you back in as soon as possible.
