Due to hazardous fire conditions an outdoor burning ban is in effect for Henderson County as of November 4th at 9PM. Under authority of the Henderson County Code, Section 78-16.1 all outdoor burning is prohibited in areas within 100 feet of a structure.

The Henderson County burning ban shall remain in effect until conditions improve and the ban is cancelled.
