I want to praise the growth HOWEVER don’t let length be your only focal point. Can we clap & praise the overall HEALTH of this clients hair? 😍🙌🏽

You can tell the difference between the blowdries. When she first started, you can see that her hair needed more than just a cut, but MOISTURE!!

Along with your trims, moisture is the key to growing and retaining the length of your hair. Not only does she come in and get her maintenance, but she does her part at home too! That is something i cannot stress enough!! I can do everything under the sun while you’re here in the chair, but what you do at home matters so much more!!

I say it all the time, the proof is in the pudding! Be patient with yourself & your journey. Give yourself grace!! If you can only afford to see a professional twice a year that’s better than not seeing one at all! your journey belongs to you! 🌱
