Dear valued clients,

It is with a very heavy heart that I must inform you that my construction company is going out of business. After many years of dedicated service, other circumstances that came with owning and operating a business , especially by myself as of recent have lead me to make this very painful and difficult decision , but the reality is I am not getting any younger and my health and family are my main priority at this time in my life and I have been made an offer to work for another company which is the right move for me at this time .

I want to express my sincere gratitude for your support and trust in me over the years. It has been a privilege to work for and with each of you on your construction projects, and I am truly grateful for the relationships we have built , I have made countless close friends in my last 17 plus years in business and some of you I consider family and you know who you are

This was not a decision I made lightly, and we understand the impact it may have on any ongoing or future projects. I am committed to completing any current projects to the best of my ability and I am available to discuss the transition of any remaining work to another contractor of your choice if it helps get the work completed.

I want to assure you that I will do everything in my power to make this transition as smooth as possible for you. My goal is to minimize any disruption to your projects and to ensure that you are left in good hands.

Once again, I want to thank you for your support and understanding during this transition . It has been a pleasure working with each and every one of you, and I will cherish the memories and relationships we have formed.

Starting a patio repair project today . Need to remove all the pavers , clean each one , then need to get the base correct as far as the correct pitch and fall , then will reinstall the pavers , install Polysand and plate compact . Screen porch post replacement, found during patio install , some serious rot . Definitely time for new post

Grading job complete , complete rough grade to smooth out yard then added 60 yards of topsoil to the finish grade , turned out great ! On to the next . Have a great Friday and upcoming weekend everyone 😀 😊

New split level deck coming along nicely ! Hats off to my son Stephen Jensen , he is doing a hell of a job finishing this deck now that I am injured and he is basically wrapping this one up on his own .
