For those of you who haven’t heard PK’S will be opening for breakfast and lunch starting in September (wed-fri/lunch…wed-sun/bfast). We are currently looking for a few people who are looking to join us in this new venture. If interested please stop by the restaurant Wednesday thru Saturday and fill out an application. Can’t wait for this to happen!

Spring 2004 (who can remember that long ago), after a couple of adult beverages on a Saturday night the opportunity to buy/open a great little gem called Papa Dom's. After a long discussion, within a week the papers were signed and the journey began.
Completely blind as to what we were actually getting ourselves into, the way our lives would be changed, the hours and hours of sweat poured into it. A complete overhaul and expansion doubling our occupancy and giving both the buildings a much needed facelift. The hundreds of special events we've hosted from showers to rehearsals, so many special birthday parties and gatherings of families after a loved one has past. 20 YEARS!!! This a post of appreciation and not headed the direction you may think. As we celebrate our 20th anniversary and reflect on all those memories, we're beyond happy to say there's many more of those to come. In fact a new chapter is just starting!! Starting in September we will become a truly full service restaurant, offering BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINNER!!! In collaboration with Julie Izzo and her Southern Girl Diner a joint venture is beginning. Many of her specialties along with a few additions are shaping up to make this a great little adventure. Fresh from local farm eggs, sausage and biscuits, quiches, sweet cream
pancakes and much more are headed to Herkimer.

Many details and will be coming in the following weeks so stay tuned. We are beyond excited about this and hope you all will feel the same!! Cheers to 20 YEARS and another 20 worth of awesome experiences with our customers new and old to come!!

Currently looking to fill some waitstaff openings…weekends a must! 2-3 night shifts a week, perfect for somebody looking to make a little extra $$$.

Well the holiday season is officially upon us!! We know everyone’s weekends are jam packed this time of year so to make sure you can still get your PK’S fix we’ve decided to open Wednesday nights also (4-8).
