And that's a wrap! 1000 sq ft with trim wrapped up on this fine Sunday.

This older mobile home had a lot of water damaged subfloor. My guys and I put in a long day today and ripped out the old flooring, repaired all the bad areas and laid down a nice new floor and added in some new baseboards as well. Customers are very happy that they can now walk through their home without fear of falling through the floor.

I'd say these stairs turned out quite nice!
