One Step At A Time's main focus is to improve the necessary life skills that individuals with mild cognitive limitations/disabilities need to successfully and independently participate in daily life and meaningful activities. The life skills that will be addressed at One Step At A Time include instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), community and social participation, and goal setting.
