Managers role consist of:
A Little League baseball coach has various roles, both on and off the field, that contribute to the development of young players. Here are some key responsibilities:
1. **Teaching Fundamentals**: Instruct players on the basic skills of baseball, including hitting, pitching, fielding, throwing, and base running.
2. **Game Strategy**: Develop and implement game plans, including batting orders, defensive positions, and in-game tactics.
3. **Mentorship**: Act as a positive role model, teaching sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline.
4. **Organizing Practices**: Plan and run practices that focus on skill development, team-building exercises, and conditioning.
5. **Safety Management**: Ensure the safety of players by teaching proper techniques and making sure the equipment is used correctly.
6. **Motivation and Encouragement**: Keep players motivated, building their confidence and encouraging a love for the game.
7. **Communication**: Keep open lines of communication with players, parents, and league officials. Provide feedback to players on their progress.
8. **Team Management**: Handle administrative duties such as scheduling games, organizing travel, and maintaining equipment.
9. **Conflict Resolution**: Manage any conflicts that arise between players, parents, or within the team, ensuring a positive environment.
10. **Fostering Enjoyment**: Make sure that the focus remains on fun, ensuring that all players have an enjoyable experience.

We are haveing a paperwork turn in for fall ball it will be at the Colman fields snack bar on Saturday July 27th from 10am-2pm. You need to supply proof of residency within our boundaries (school form is best to fufill this) medical release. Sorry for the short notice but we had a wee issue with getting a room but none were available on this side of town.
