Foot zoning is a powerful holistic healing modality that can benefit not only yourself but also your family members. By learning foot zoning techniques, you can help your loved ones achieve better health and well-being.
Foot zoning is based on the principle that different areas of the feet correspond to different organs and systems in the body. By applying pressure to specific points on the feet, you can stimulate the corresponding areas in the body and promote healing and balance.
If you have a family member who is experiencing health issues, foot zoning can be a wonderful way to support them on their healing journey. By working on their feet, you can help to alleviate symptoms, reduce stress, and improve overall health.
Not only can foot zoning be helpful for physical ailments, but it can also be beneficial for emotional and mental well-being. By releasing blockages and promoting energy flow in the body, foot zoning can help to release emotional trauma and promote a sense of peace and relaxation.
By learning foot zoning techniques, you can become a valuable resource for your family members. You can offer them support and healing in a safe and natural way, without the need for medications or invasive treatments.
If you are interested in exploring foot zoning as a way to help your family members, consider taking either of my foot zoning courses or working with a certified foot zoning practitioner like me to learn more. With dedication and practice, you can become a skilled foot zoner and make a positive impact on the health and well-being of your loved ones.
Don't underestimate the importance of foot health!
Your feet are amazing structures that support your entire body and allow you to move through the world. Taking care of your feet is crucial to staying active, healthy, and pain-free.
Common foot issues like athlete's foot, bunions, corns, plantar fasciitis and more can impact your overall well-being. These problems can be indicators of larger health issues like arthritis, diabetes, or nerve damage, so it's essential to pay attention to your feet.
Simple steps like washing and moisturizing your feet, checking for any abnormalities, trimming your toenails properly, wearing comfortable shoes, and staying active can go a long way in maintaining foot health.
Your feet are your foundation, so treat them well, and they'll take care of you! 👣💪

This quote serves as a powerful reminder that in order to achieve different results in life, we must be willing to let go of our old ways and embrace change.
It highlights the importance of self-reflection and personal growth in order to break free from limiting beliefs and behaviors.
By stepping out of our comfort zones and reinventing ourselves, we open ourselves up to new possibilities and opportunities for growth and fulfillment.
It may be a challenging journey, but the rewards of creating a new, more empowered self are well worth the effort.
In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of daily life. We often find ourselves rushing from one task to the next, constantly trying to keep up with the demands of work, family, and other obligations. In the midst of all this chaos, it's easy to forget the importance of taking a moment to pause, breathe, and focus on ourselves.
But the truth is, taking time for yourself is crucial for maintaining your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. When we neglect to prioritize self-care, we can quickly become overwhelmed, stressed, and burnt out. It's like running on empty – eventually, you'll hit a breaking point.
That's why it's so important to make a conscious effort to carve out time for yourself each day. Whether it's a few minutes of deep breathing exercises, a leisurely walk in nature, or simply sitting quietly with a cup of tea, these moments of stillness can have a profound impact on your overall health and happiness.
By taking the time to breathe and focus on yourself, you can recharge your batteries, gain clarity and perspective, and ultimately become more resilient in the face of life's challenges. So remember, amidst the chaos of life, don't forget to pause, breathe, and take care of yourself. You deserve it.
✨ Rest and recharge! ✨

“I was struggling with anxiety for years and nothing seemed to help. I tried therapy, medication, and various relaxation techniques, but nothing provided long-term relief. That's when I decided to give foot zoning a try.
I was skeptical at first, but after just a few sessions, I started to notice a significant difference in my anxiety levels. The foot zoning practitioner was able to identify specific areas on my feet that were connected to my anxiety and work on releasing that tension.
Not only did the physical touch and pressure of the foot zoning feel incredibly relaxing, but the practitioner also provided me with valuable insights and tips on how to manage my anxiety outside of our sessions.
I can honestly say that foot zoning has been a game-changer for me. I feel more calm, centered, and in control of my anxiety than ever before. I highly recommend foot zoning to anyone struggling with anxiety – it truly works wonders.”

Excerpt from the article:
“On the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels, reflexology often improves individuals’ physical health and well-being. Briefly, people choose reflexology because:
1. It does not use any drugs or chemicals and is the best choice for many health problems;
2. It can reduce pain;
3. It helps maintain physical flexibility and athleticism;
4. It relaxes the limbs, especially the hands and feet, and the whole body;
5. It stimulates the body to release pain-relieving chemicals;
6. It can be used as a means of preventing disease;
7. It promotes recovery from physical injury, especially for the hands and feet [3,4];
8. It triggers the release of endorphins and enkephalins, which help relieve pain and improve mental energy and well-being [5].”

Let’s face it…life can get real crazy when families pursue their dreams and multiple interests (sports, music lessons, dance, school, work, church responsibilities etc).
So how can Foot Zones help to balance the needs and interests of everyone in the family? Foot Zones are a holistic therapy that focus on balancing the body's systems through gentle pressure and manipulation of specific points on the feet. This technique can help to reduce stress, improve circulation, increase your mental power, and promote overall well-being for both parents and children.
By incorporating Foot Zones into their routine, parents can take care of their own physical and mental health, allowing them to better support and nurture their family. Children can also benefit from Foot Zones to reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, and enhance their overall health and well-being.
Ultimately, Foot Zones can help to create a harmonious balance within the family, allowing everyone to pursue their interests and passions. By prioritizing self-care and wellness for themselves, parents are setting a good example and can teach the value of self-care to their kids by having the whole family take turns getting a Foot Zone.
This creates a nurturing and supportive environment for the entire family.
I love hearing the stories that come after the foot zones. Recently, a mom brought her tween age daughter and 18-month-old daughter in for a session.
Teens face so many challenges in today's world, from school pressures to navigating emotions and friendships. And babies grow rapidly, transforming into toddlers and facing the challenges of separating from their mothers.
Being able to help them understand their emotions and bodies is incredibly rewarding when they can make those connections.
A few days later, the mom shared this wonderful update with me: "My baby is sleeping more soundly and for longer periods. It's been really nice. My tween is asking lots of questions and seems to be processing her experiences and emotions. It's heartwarming to witness. My other kids are now asking when they can come for foot zones too. We all love our sessions!" ❤️❤️
Babies are precious beings, full of wonder and innocence. As they grow and develop, it is important to ensure that their bodies are in balance and harmony. One way to support their well-being is through foot zones.
I love working with babies, toddlers and teens. They are so open and receptive to foot zoning.
I had the opportunity today to work on this little one and her older, pr***en sister. Both were open and so receptive. I enjoy working with youth by helping them recognize and process all the “feels”.
In a foot zone for babies we focus on the lymphatic system, the skeletal system, motor functions,
digestive system, sinuses, and teeth.
Foot Zones are specific areas on the feet that correspond to different parts and systems of the body. By stimulating these signals through gentle massage or pressure, the body's energy flow can be balanced, promoting overall health and well-being.
For babies, foot zones can be particularly beneficial as they are still developing and growing rapidly. By addressing any imbalances or blockages in their energy flow, foot zones can help support their physical, emotional, and mental development.
Additionally, massaging a baby's feet can create a sense of comfort and security, promoting relaxation and better sleep. It can also help strengthen the bond between parent and child, or child and caregiver, as touch is a powerful form of communication and connection.
Whether you are a parent, caregiver, or healthcare provider, incorporating foot zones into a baby's routine can be a gentle and effective way to support their health and development. So next time you are snuggling with your little one, consider giving their tiny feet some extra love and attention – it may just make a world of difference.

Spending time caring for my Mom as she struggles with Alzheimer's has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding this past week.
My Mom lives with my baby sister and her family. My husband and I were privileged to have one-on-one time with her so my sister and her family could get away for a long weekend and catch their breath.
While it is heartbreaking to see her body, memory and abilities continue to plummet, there is something truly special about being able to care for her in such personal and intimate ways.
Bathing and dressing her, helping her to and from the bathroom, assisting with her very personal hygiene needs, administering her medications, cooking for her, sitting with her, talking to her, even though she may not remember who I am or call me by one of my sisters names.
She misses my Dad who passed away almost 9 years ago, but doesn’t remember that he’s not here. In her mind he is here. I love talking to her about Dad. How he’s “running errands” or he is “working in the garden”, or “mowing the yard” or “taking a nap”. Helping her navigate this is so sweet and tender to me.
These tasks may seem small, but they are filled with tons of love. A love that is strong and true, and yet is a drop in the bucket for all she has given and sacrificed for me.
It's not easy to see her struggle with this disease, but I am grateful for the opportunity I had to focus just on her and her needs. After all the sacrifices she has made for me throughout my life, this is the least I can do for her.
I cherished every moment spent with her, knowing that these moments are fleeting and precious. And while it was emotionally draining at times, I wouldn't trade this experience for anything in the world. My Mom may not always remember my name or my face, but I know that she feels my love and care in every little thing I did for her.
Caring for her has been bittersweet, but I am grateful for the chance to give back to her in this way. It's a small thing in the big scheme of life, but it means everything to me.
I love you Mom!
In a world filled with constant noise and distractions, finding moments of peace and connection can feel like a true blessing. It is in these quiet moments that we have the opportunity to be inspired, to reflect, and to truly connect with our higher self, with nature, and with the heavens above.
As we take a step back from the hustle and bustle of daily life, we allow ourselves the space to breathe, to think, and to listen to the whispers of our own soul. It is in this stillness that we can hear the gentle guidance of our intuition, leading us towards our true purpose and calling.
As we gaze out at the beauty of nature, whether it be the calming waves of the ocean, the rustling leaves of a forest, or the majestic colors of a sunset, we are reminded of the interconnectedness of all living things. We are but a small part of a vast and intricate tapestry, each thread woven with care and purpose.
And as we look up at the vast expanse of the heavens above, we are humbled by the sheer magnitude of the universe and our place within it. We are reminded that we are part of something greater, something divine, and that we are never truly alone.
So let us take a moment to be inspired by the beauty that surrounds us, to find peace in the stillness of our own hearts, and to connect with the wisdom that lies within. For it is in these moments of reflection and contemplation that we can truly feel the presence of something greater than ourselves, guiding us on our journey through life.

The Effective Benefits of Western AND Eastern Medicine
In today's world, there are a plethora of options available to us when it comes to taking care of our health. From traditional western medicine practices such as prescription medications and surgery, to eastern medicine practices like acupuncture and herbal remedies, the possibilities can seem endless. But what if we were to combine the best of both worlds?
The idea of integrating both eastern and western medicine practices is not a new one, but it is gaining more and more traction as people seek out alternative and holistic approaches to their health. By taking advantage of the strengths of both systems, we can create a more comprehensive and personalized approach to healthcare.
For example, someone dealing with chronic pain may find relief through a combination of physical therapy (a western medicine practice) and acupuncture(an eastern medicine practice). Or someone struggling with anxiety could benefit from therapy and mindfulness meditation.
By incorporating both eastern and western medicine into our healthcare routine, we can address not only the physical symptoms of illness, but also the emotional, spiritual and physiological aspects that may be contributing to our overall well-being. This approach allows us to treat the whole person, rather than just the symptoms they are experiencing.
By embracing the strengths of both eastern and western medicine, we can create a more holistic and personalized approach to our health and well-being. So why not take advantage of all the tools at our disposal and explore the benefits of integrating both systems into our healthcare routine?

I incorporate essential oils into my foot zoning and face zoning practice for their incredible emotional healing benefits. While they also possess powerful physical healing properties, I specifically select oils for each client based on their individual needs at the time of their appointment.
These oils are chosen to support my clients in releasing and moving past anything that may be stuck or holding them back.
I’ll post a few examples of the emotional support that essential oils can provide:
Frankincense is the oil of Truth. It reveals deceptions and false truths. It is a powerful cleanser of darkness from the eyes, any barriers from the mind, and walls around your heart. If you feel abandoned or neglected Frankincense reminds you that you are loved and protected. It assists the soul in its spiritual evolution and finding your true self.
Ginger is the oil of Empowerment. Ginger persuades you to to be fully present and participate in life. It teaches to be successful, you must be wholly committed. It addresses deep patterns of victim mentality which presents itself as feelings of powerlessness, belief that everything is outside of one’s control, refusing to take responsibility for life, or blaming life circumstances on other people and outside influences. It empowers you to take responsibility for your life decisions and infuses a warrior-like mentality on personal responsibility and individual choice.
Tea Tree is the oil of Energetic Boundaries. A cleanser by nature that automatically clears negative, energetic baggage. It specifically releases codependent and parasympathetic relationships. It helps break these negative ties so new, healthy connections can be formed that honors ones personal space and boundaries. It encourages you to relinquish all forms of self-betrayal. It assists you in releasing toxic debris.
If this sparks your interest please reach out and let’s schedule you an appointment soon! You will ❤️ it!

PubMed is a database that contains scientific articles and studies on various topics, including reflexology. When searching for "reflexology" on PubMed, you will find a range of studies and articles on the topic.
Some of the studies have shown positive effects of reflexology for various conditions such as pain, anxiety, and stress. For example, a study published in the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine found that reflexology was effective in reducing pain and anxiety in women with multiple sclerosis.
Another study published in Complementary Therapies in Clinical Practice showed that reflexology was beneficial in reducing stress and improving quality of life in patients with chronic kidney disease.
Overall, the research on reflexology is mixed, with some studies showing positive effects while others show inconclusive results.
In my own personal experience reflexology, also known as Foot Zoning, helped me after some major trauma in my life. I’ve also seen it change the lives of my family and clients.
My own personal experience was in February 2017. After experiencing that miracle in my life I wanted to know more. So I took a certification class and graduated in 2018. This experience created a new path in my life and I’ve been foot zoning ever since. It is who I am and what I do.
This opened the door for other opportunities for me. I’m also certified in other holistic and healing modalities (Reiki ll, Face Zoning, AromaTouch Therapy & Symphony of the Cells).
