Let’s get real honest for a minute. How many times have you purchased a logo, a website, a landing page, or some other collateral project - and it seems to be dragging out FOREVER?! In the business game time is money. And neither variable waits for no one. This was definitely the case with our client, Elaine, founder of Infinite Time.

Elaine started out with one service, dog walking/pet care. In a short period of time her service based business went from just dog walking/pet care, to housekeeping, hair and make-up, and other various services. The brand had grown but the image and the message of the brand was not able to catch up. Why is that? Because the classic tale of brand development, the original brand developer was taking weeks to create the image and messaging. In fact, the client never even received the final deliverables. Isn’t that irritating?

How many times have you hired someone, it’s taken weeks, and you finally just walk away in pure frustration because you feel like it’s never going to end?! And I’m going to smack some icing on this problem, it was a friend of a friend. DOUBLE BURN!!!

You can relate, right?

Truth is - WE ALL CAN!

Honestly though, this is why we at Launch in 2 Days truly love what we do.

We met with Elaine for her strategy session over the phone and during our 1-hour identified various variables that weren’t working for her - the original brand name (30 hours, 7 days), was not serving the client, prospect, or customer. Not catchy, no idea how to convert that as a solution to the prospect/customer in 3.5 seconds. Elaine’s business is based in downtown Miami. She needed a brand identity that fitted geotarget’s vibe. The other problem was what exactly was her business? And how do you get paid for delivering various, very different services? We identified that her business was in fact a personal life management/concierge business. And that to encompass that various services the customer was purchasing blocks of time.

Elaine went from being extremely overwhelmed, maxed out on time, and confused how to charge her clients - to - having a concise, impactful, brand and message with a clear call to action.

We are excited to introduce to you the branding and launch of Infinite Time.

My friend Robert called me with a frustration of his. He wanted a logo and website for his real estate group so that he can grow new members and so prospects could see that he’s trustworthy of their business.
But his time is spent servicing his clients, being a great husband and father, and building his business.

Like all of us, TIME is not on Robert’s side. He’d been putting this off for a while because...well...business was good...life was good.
Robert understood that creating a brand is a big commitment of time, energy, and resources. He knew he needed a logo and website to look good in the marketplace. Not only does he wants his prospects to trust him but he wants to grow a team so that he can be the face of the business, bringing in new clients.
Not having a perfect website was giving Robert a little anxiety. Again, business was good, but not having your personal brand PERFECTED as a realtor makes you feel like you’re not totally complete.

And he had an existing website, but it was a generic template site that made him look cookie-cutter. With his level of expertise, he knew he wanted better than that.
Robert didn’t just want a pretty logo and website. Robert wanted the PERFECT brand that would express to the world how he REALLY feels about real estate, his clients, and the team he would be forming.

Getting it “RIGHT” is exactly what prevents Launches sometimes. We’re not totally clear on what exactly to put out as our message in the marketplace, and it causes us to stall, procrastinate, and even scrap the project all together and make excuses to ourselves that we really don’t need it or what we have is fine.
That’s until Launch in 2 Days came alongside Robert to help guide him.
We understood how important it was that the world know exactly what he and his company were born to do. And we knew that every day that passes is another day someone isn’t being able to be serviced by his gifting and talent.
Robert not only came to us as a personal friend, but also because he’s witnessed us launch dozens of realtors, brokers, and other time-deprived professionals in the real estate industry. He’s seen how we’re able to bring to life a unique identity that is memorable, shareable, and highly profitable.

THE PLAN
First, we sat with Robert to have the most important meeting of all: The Brand Strategy Session. This is where were pry open the heart of the entrepreneur and bring out what they were uniquely born to do in the marketplace.

After completing the brand strategy, we put the right team together that would fit his unique needs.

Finally, we scheduled the Launch in 2 Days. Robert was in our office for two days to complete his entire branding.
Robert was following the best process for guaranteeing his success by first putting a plan together for his brand. There’s nothing worse than going into a branding project and not knowing your exact target market and the problem you solve.
He took action on what was holding him back for months, and we were able to help him launch a brand that separates him from all the realtors in the marketplace.
Now Robert is fully branded with a clear message, a logo that he’s excited to show off on his new listings yard signs, and a website that he’s proud of share to perfect clients.
The alternative would have Robert still showing everyone a cookie-cutter website and displaying the logo of his broker, not his own. And nobody would really know what The Garay Group really stands for.
Robert doesn’t have to feel anxious anymore about not having his brand up and running. He’s no longer unsatisfied having to show everyone a generic IDX website.
