Melissa is teaching an all-levels yoga class tomorrow evening to end a wild Monday with some good vibes! $15 for Class and post-recovery shake afterwards! It will be fun!

Did you know we are partnered with some pretty amazing brands that are taking on some pretty amazing initiatives to help our planet?

Last year’s figures show that over 2 MILLION kg of plastic use has already been eliminated. And over 4 MILLION plastic bottles recycled.

People have higher expectations, and so do we. Improving lives is what makes us wo are. We care for people AND our planet. 🫶🌎

And that’s a big reason why we love plant-based proteins: they are environmentally way more friendly.
