THANK YOU to each and everyone of you who have supported me throughout my baking and decorating journey. I greatly appreciate all of you. My passion is to one day open up a storefront so that I can serve my goodies to people from all over the place.

It is time for another sweet treat giveaway! All of those who have ordered or left a review between January until now will be entered into the drawing. Those who participated in prior entries since January will also be entered.

This sweet treat consists of 6 sesame balls filled with taro. All you have to do is heat them up in the microwave for 15 seconds and the texture will be perfect!

Here are the ingredients that I use to create perfectly stabilized whipped cream that can hold it's shape and also tastes delicious!

Heavy cream
Pudding powder or Jello powder
Powdered sugar

Tips:
I found that having both the pudding or jello powder PLUS the powdered sugar is a must. I have tried one without the other and it is not as stable.

Your heavy cream must be very cold. I just use it straight from the fridge. I have seen others place the heavy cream container into the freezer for 10-15 minutes before whipping.

You must whip to stiff peaks.

Your room must be cool.

You can make your whip cream and freeze them but must be rewhipped to be stabilized again.

You can make your whip cream a couple days ahead of time and place into the fridge but it must be rewhipped again.
