and emotional pain are inevitable, each one of us decides what to do, how to respond, and how to be. You have some kind of choice in the situation you are facing. You also have an opportunity to grow. You can become bitter or you can become better. Through therapy, many women learn how to grow, change, or come to a peaceful acceptance. It is a safe place to be yourself and to talk openly about what you are experiencing. It can make a difference in your life. However, while therapy can make a difference, coming to therapy is not always easy. It takes courage. It takes guts to admit you are struggling and to ask for help. And it takes even more guts to make changes in your life - even when change is what you want. And one final thing before you surf away - remember this. Life is short and how you choose to live yours will make all the difference – not only for you but for those you love and care about. So muster your courage, strive to be better, and dare to grow through your stress or pain. If you do I can assure you that one day you will pause and say, "I did it! I actually made it through! And you won't believe the wonderful things that happened along the way!"
