Lexie is our newest stylist and she has brought so much joy to our team! She has over 5 years of experience and advanced education in hair color. She trained in New York and brought her amazing talent back to North Carolina where she’s built a happy and loyal clientele. With great attention to detail, Lexie customizes each look to enhance each individual guest that sits in her chair. Lexie makes it her personal mission to ensure that each guest leaves feeling confident and beautiful! In her free time she loves soaking up all the family time she can! Meet Clara! She has been with us for almost a year now as one of our non-surgical hair replacement technicians and also our hair add specialist for the salon. She has been working in this industry for two and a half years. She has loved her transition to Hair Concepts and becoming part of the salon family and we couldn’t be more happy to have her! Clara has her cosmetology license from the AVEDA institute in Charlotte, and also her Master's Degree in Wig and Makeup Design from the North Carolina School of the Arts. Prior to working with us, Clara worked in theaters and on films sets all over the United States. She has also had the pleasure of teaching the craft of Wig and Makeup design to the next generation. Professional career aside, she loves musicals and doodling! Her family is her rock and she’s obsessed with her fur babies like the rest of us! She is literally the sweetest and we cannot wait for you to meet her if you haven’t already!

Nicole has been with us for a while now and has added so much to our team. She has been doing hair since 2006 and loves all things education and learning new trends in our industry. She is married with a precious daughter and loves a good movie or game night at home with her family. If you know Nicole, you know she loves to laugh and joke more than anything! We can always count on her to provide the jokes and smiles. She loves watching The Office and also listening to crime podcasts. If she did not have such a passion for making people feel beautiful inside and out, Nicole would love to be a Crime Scene Investigator or Detective! Pretty sure she would crush that too but we love that she chose us instead!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I haven't introduced myself on here for a while (or maybe ever) so I thought I'd do that now. A big warm hello to all of you! My name is Claire and I'm the girl behind Hair Concepts.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

When I was in high school I fell in love with doing hair! After cosmetology school and several years behind the chair, I had built a clientele that I absolutely adored. In January of 2019 I was blessed with an amazing opportunity and became the owner of Hair Concepts.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I spend most of my days behind the scenes managing the business and I've learned that I love that side of a salon so much. For me, what I do is so much more than owning a business and I cannot picture myself doing anything else! My roll allows me to support our team and give them the tools they need to care for their clients and make them feel amazing and confident. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Dear guests,

As you may know, on May 14th Governor Cooper signed a new Executive Order. This order, along with new CDC guidelines, as well as North Carolina Board of Barber Examiners and North Carolina Board of Cosmetic Arts will no longer require masks or social distancing.

Effective immediately, Hair Concepts will no longer require employees or guests to wear masks inside the salon.

We will continue to provide masks for anyone who wishes to wear one during their appointment.
