R&B Party & Event Staffing Corp

Beth and I worked a vow renewal last night at Douglas Vineyards in Kannapolis - we were tasked with setting up the appetizers, then setting up the buffet, bartending, clearing tables, keeping the venue clean throughout the event, emptying garbages, and cleaning at the completion of the event-which also consisted of breaking down tables and chairs. It was a spectacular day, and everyone was in great spirits!!! The wines from the vineyards were truly the favored drink, and everyone ate, drank, danced and enjoyed themselves- a wonderful event!! Thank you so much Kelli & Nancy... and congrats!!!

On Thursday we helped a client of ours in Bedford with a small event at the Historical society -- helping set up, bus tables, running errands and helping cleaning up-- we got such wonderful remarks regarding Demitrius' work... everything went fantastic!!! Thanks Demitrius for doing a superb job, and thank you Sophia for the continued support of R&B!!!♥️♥️♥️

This past Friday R&B helped our great friends at the Pleasantville FD with their parade!!! We had servers assisting with the judges downstairs, servers helping with the food upstairs and 2 bartenders keeping everyone happy and going strong!!!! Everything went perfect and we got great reviews... no shock there!!! Thanks so much Steve, Vanessa, Lori, Kim, Nicole, & Daniella for working so hard and doing such a great job!!!🚒🚒🚒🚒

To complete the weekend... I worked a wedding at Lake Point Hall in Matthews tonight-- bartending for about 50 people. It was a beautiful venue and an amazing evening-- and I certainly made some new friends.... thank you so much Sheila for the call.... and congrats to you and Joshua!!!

While we were working in Charlotte, we had 2 events in NY.. Steve bartended an event in Katonah... for a casual dinner catered by the Farmer & Fish... and Kylah helped with a BBQ in Bedford catered by Hoo Doo Browns, 10 families- keeping the food stocked and clean and keeping all the trash at bay... as always rave reviews were given to us... and we love it!!! Thanks guys for your hard work !!!

R&B was at it again in Charlotte helping some new clients with their engagement party last night- we cooked and prepared all the food and bartended... for roughly 35 guests... our main man Tom did all the grilling.. and also helped Beth prep the food... Beth made an amazing charcuterie board and kept everything copacetic in the kitchen... and I kept the drinks flowing all night while also clearing all the plates and cups.. emptying garbages and helping in the kitchen when I could-- it was a beautiful evening and everyone had a blast-- and everyone loved the food and drink- these clients had a bad experience with caterers in the past and took a lot for them to try again... and we're so pleased that they trusted us and overwhelmed with the praise they gave us... commenting on the hard work, great food and personality we brought with us!!! Thanks Carli & Scott for giving us a chance... and congrats Sam & Carli!!!

Beth, myself and our girl Cynthia just finished working a wedding for new clients of ours at the Low Meadow Estate... a beautiful venue in Mt Holly-- we set up the buffet station (we actually also picked the food up!!!) Beth & Cynthia made a beautiful charcuterie board for the cocktail hour... we served the buffet, kept everything hot and stocked (2.5 hours before the dinner started!!!) and cleared all the tables, switched over the buffet to dessert station, Beth cut the wedding cakes and we helped breakdown and clean. It was a wonderful evening... and according to everyone there we knocked it out if the park!!! Thank you so much Cynthia for your hard work and helping us ensure a spectacular day for our new clients... and thanks so much John and Maria for having us be a part of your very special day and congrats!!!

Beth and I had a very busy weekend in NY... we had a Bat Mitzvah in Katonah, with 12 of our team working it- 2 bartenders, 9 servers and 1 captain- a casino themed fund raiser in Bedford, which 3 team members worked, 2 bartending 2 separate bars and 1 helper, a 40th bday party in Bedford with 1 bartender and 1 server, and finally a 1st Communion in Stamford Ct-- all are repeat clients of ours- we received the most wonderful reviews from them regarding our team... from the hosts as well as the vendors- and we are so ecstatic that we have such awesome people that make our company thrive- we also had 1 team member work Sunday at another of our good clients homes... so thank you to all... our clients whom we love and thank for their continued support of us, and everyone who works hard to make sure our clients are happy-- Beth and I love you all!!!

I helped a new client with her daughter's graduation today in Gastonia.... basically just making sure everything went well and stayed clean... I also kept the buffet stocked and clean... and helped clean up at the end of the event.... the weather was certainly threatening... but cooperates nonetheless... and it was a wonderful day and a great party!!! I helped some new clients with their wedding reception today in Cornelius... bartending and general help. I got there early enough to set up 2 bars... one outside for cocktail hour and one inside for the reception. Sweet Magnolia Estate is a beautiful venue- my 1st time here. The weather was certainly threatening... but held off till after the outdoor ceremony. After dinner I helped clear and clean all the plates, and helped cut the cake!!! All in all it was a great day and we all had fun!!! Thank you so much Solange and Thomas for the call and congrats!!!

Well... 4/20 was a busy day- while Beth was catering in Hickory, I was bartending in Harrisburg with Debbie, Tom & Theresa helped us with some new clients in Matthews... with Tom grilling and Theresa helping with the food and keeping everything neat and in order- and cleaning up at the end. We received rave reviews about them... and are so happy that they were available to help us out on this busy day!!! Great job guys, and thanks Jackie for the call- we're all so glad it went well!!!

While Beth and the crew were catering a bday party, Debbie & I bartended a wedding in Harrisburg at a private barn -- what a night-- roughly 100 guests, and the specialty drinks were old fashioned and dirty Shirleys -- and we made A LOT of them!!! There was also plenty of wine and 2 kegs of beer... we were busy throughout the entire evening. It was a great night.. and I know everyone had an absolute blast... as we were informed that we'll be back for future events!!! Thanks Debbie for your hard work.. it was much appreciated- and thank you Nicole & Josh for the call... and Congrats!!!

Today was a long day but a great day!! Brittney, Dylan, & I catered, bartended, & served a circus themed BDay for special clients & a special lil girl turning 3. R&B has been to every one of her BDay parties & this time we catered. We can’t thank you enough for treating us like family Jillian & Frederico!! Handmade Corndogs, Garlic CornRibs w avocado dip, walking taco bar, put together fruit & Caprese skewers & heated pretzels.
Thank you Britt & Dylan for doing a great job all day!!

Kim helped one of our clients this past Sunday with his Masters party.... helping with bartending and putting all the food out- keeping everything clean and presentable. It's so great knowing that we can still provide great service to our friends and clients up North!!! Thanks Kim ... and thank you so much Brian for everything!!

Britt, Beth & I catered and bartended a wedding in Morganton last night at the Venue at Carbon City- what a wonderful place!!!! Beth & Britt were in the kitchen all night, while I kept the drinks flowing- the girls did an amazing job with all the food despite the small kitchen!!!! Everyone raved about the food... and thanked us for helping clean up at the end of the night... all in all a great evening!!!!

We will be tasting 5 of their amazing wines and one day only all bottles of Slo Down wine will be $5 off normal price! We also will have R and B Catering on site selling their awesome charcuterie and sandwhiches!! Open 4-10 so come down and have some wine and beer!!!

Beth and I (and our little business) are at the Barley Market in Hickory selling homemade sandwiches and our charcuterie boxes!!!! It's a busy night with trivia... and so far so good!!!! We'll be here tomorrow also!!!!

Beth and I created a special charcuterie board for a wine tasting for our good friends at Your Wine Stop in Denver NC. The wines being sampled are from South Africa, and Beth picked cheeses that paired very well with the wines. People loved our board, and I'm sure we're making new friends- thanks so much Ed & family for this fantastic opportunity- and thank you for letting us sell our charcuterie boxes on the weekends as well!!!

I helped some new clients with their gender reveal party last night up past Indian Trail NC... what a beautiful day they had.. and such a pleasant venue- I bartended In this cute little shack while everyone partied, ate and awaited the big news... and it's a girl!!!!! Congrats everyone!!!!

Our man James helped our good friend and client Easter Sunday in Bedford NY with her luncheon after church services. James picked up the food, set it all out, and got everything ready for them... all while they were still at the service!!! He kept everything neat and clean throughout the day, bartended, and cleaned up at the end.. including all the dishes-- GREAT JOB James!!!! Thank you for being you!!! I helped a new client tonight in Charlotte with a bday party celebration.... 3 bdays actually.... and a
Chili cookoff to boot!!! I was insanely busy at the bar servicing approximately 70 people... full bar w/ beer & wine as well- it went amazingly well and I made some new friends and hopefully some new clients!!! Thanks so much Christine for giving R&B a chance... hope to hear back from you soon!!!

Today I helped some new clients with their Easter Egg Hunt at their house in Mint Hill- I helped set up the food, and helped with the bar as well- all the while keeping everything clean and stocked- all went great and everyone had a blast- especially the kids!!! I worked a gender reveal party last night in Mooresville for some clients of ours- it was a beautiful day and a wonderful venue-- it was amazing to see some friends again!! What a party.... it's gonna be a girl!!!! Congrats Kaleru and congratulations!!!!
