Just a reminder that tomorrow night at 8PM, we are hosting our Super Smash Bros Ultimate tournament! We would really appreciate everyone who enters to try and bring their own preferred controller!

If you’d like to have your venue fee waived or want to help make brackets go a little faster, we would love to accept all the help we can get with extra Switches and Smash Ultimate copies with all the DLC and characters unlocked. Any extra monitors or TVs would help too if you’re able!

Awesome trades today! It was a very fun day with lots of familiar faces dropping in to say hey 😁 We hope you guys had a great weekend!

All new Pokémon and Weiss Schwarz cards have landed!

Some of you probably have heard about Game Informer closing up shop after 33 years. It’s a sad day for gaming in general to see the nostalgic magazines of yesterday close up after being such a staple through the early days of video games till now. There will always be the fond memories of waiting for the newest issue of Nintendo Power or Game Informer to arrive in the mail, but with time comes change. We still have some great websites in Gamespot, Polygon, Kotaku, or IGN for gaming news, but there’s always that bit of nostalgia for gaming magazines and even strategy guides. There’s something about being able to hold it in your hand or even the sick posters that we could hang all over our walls.

Along with E3, G4, Blockbuster and rentals, video game magazines will be an era of gaming that’s finished for now. There will always be something new or evolved in their places that will take place, but it’s nice to remember and be nostalgic for a moment about how amazing being a gamer was in those days

🔥🔥 New POPs and trades 🔥🔥

My wife and I went on a road trip across the country to San Diego Comic Con and had the opportunity to attend one of the best and biggest conventions out there! It’s was a blast and we loved seeing all of the new exclusive merchandise and having a chance to bring some back with us to the store to display!

Driving we got to visit quite a few other video game, anime/manga, collectible, and TCG themed stores along the way! It was a wonderful time and great for research and ideas 😉

We also found the Rickmobile by complete accident while driving through and had to take a picture! We even got the chance to attend Adult Swim’s outdoor SDCC party right outside of the convention center!

One of the masters of horror, Junji Ito, has released his newest hardcover, Alley!

We also got in the newest set of Dragon Ball GT POPs and some lit games and collectibles!

What a busy month it’s been overall! We have gotten tons of great trades and PS3 has been coming with some strong titles and numbers lately 💪

We will be having some One Piece restocks hitting the shelves for Awakening of the New Era, Wings of the Captain, and 500 Years in the Future booster boxes coming either Thursday or Friday!

Cubivore on GameCube came in along with some other amazing goodies like new Banjo-Kazooie, Robocop and Yamato POPs 😁 This is our first copy of Cubivore and looks great and has the manual too 😉

Southeast Game Exchange has came and gone and it was one for the books! Big shout out to the organizers and volunteers who made it all look so easy! You guys did a great job as always!

We also got some amazing trades while slinging some vidja games this weekend like The Messenger and Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse for the Nintendo Switch! All of the Switch games are preowned in case anyone was wondering 😉

We should also be receiving another restock on our One Piece booster boxes for 500 Years sometime towards the end of the week along with some a gaming accessory restock!

4th of July wasn’t the only thing popping off this week! Our trades have been 🔥😁

We are set up and ready to go at our favorite gaming convention to go to! We have been going since 2017 (I think lol) and it’s been a yearly staple. We can’t wait to see you all tomorrow and Sunday!
