I'm still in awe. The last 10 months of daily planning, phone calls, emails, interviews, and everything in between, culminated into 36 hours of absolute magic.
Last August I went to The Milestone Club and told Buck I wanted to do another festival for my birthday, and it wasn't even a month after that that some guy named Mikey from Bardown Breakdown Podcast showed up in my inbox saying he wanted to do the same kind of festival at the same venue on the same weekend. I almost didn't respond, but I'm so glad I did. It's been an absolute pleasure working alongside that team, and getting introduced to some other great people at The Elder Emo Hours, Unsigned Pop Punk, Revival Recordings, and Convicted Printing. To Mikey and Justin, thank you guys so much for working with me so we could build something this big.
We were the first group to host a show on the new patio at The Milestone, and people loved it. It seems like this is something we'll be doing more of in the future. I was in tears watching Never Home play their runion set to a sold out crowd out there. Had it not been for Rock Lab Records, that wouldn't have been a possibility.
Day 1 was the best way I could've ever imagined celebrating my birthday. With 175 of the Carolina music scene's finest packed into my absolute favorite venue. Ending the night hearing a whole room singing along with Seneca Burns, it just always feels surreal to be part of something like that.
Day 2 was just as hot, and just as eventful. When that storm rolled in, I want to thank everyone who helped us clear the equipment off the outside area and keep the show rolling inside.
Thank you to everyone who bought a ticket. IF YOU BOUGHT A WEEKEND PASS AND DID NOT GET YOUR FREE POSTER, PLEASE REACH OUT AND I WILL GET IT TO YOU!
Thank you to all the bands who played and help make this possible.

What's Chevelle up to lately?
Last summer, the idea of bringing a festival to Charlotte that focused on showcasing local and regional Pop Punk, Emo, Ska, DIY, and everything in between was brought up.
Bardown Breakdown Podcast reached out to me with a similar mission, so we joined forces to bring you something truly special at none other than The Milestone Club.

Home For The Day and Seneca Burns leave for The Local Scenes & Drama Queens Tour in TWO DAYS.
Where will you be seeing them?
Here it is! The first tour I've booked as this name. So thrilled to be bringing The Local Scenes & Drama Queens Tour with Home For The Day to a city near you.
TOUR ANNOUNCEMENT
Alright guys, we promised you we'd tell you a secret, so here it is. We're heading northeast for the first time in March.
We're so stoked to bring you The Local Scenes & Drama Queens Tour. We will be bringing another band to Burn through this with us, but you'll find out who it is in a couple weeks.
We can't wait to see all of you on this new adventure.
Hey everyone,
Frankly, I know I've been quiet since starting this page up. I didn't really know how to promote booking shows, other than to start doing it.
That being said, I've successfully booked my first tour as Tiger Claw Booking and it's getting announced tomorrow. Any guesses as to who it is?
Dreaming of it is one thing, but I'm so excited to be at this point, and to continue growing this and getting familiar with so many Local Scenes outside of my own.
Surely, I will also meet my fair share of Drama Queens along the way, but that's to be expected anywhere, and I'm just happy to be meeting new people.
But I digress, I'll see you back here tomorrow for the big announcement.
