Alright everyone, today is the big day and we've got work to do! It's National Clean Out Your Medicine Cabinet Day!

If the name wasn't a clue already, if you've got some expired medicine in your house, NOW is the time to clean it out!

A recent study showed that over 40% of people have expired medicine in their cabinets and almost 26% of those people had 3 or more prescriptions that were outdated. 🤯

Medicines have expiration dates so you know when to use them by. After those date medicines may not work as well and can be unsafe for consumption. If you've not used something in a while, be sure to look for it's expiration date and if it's passed, please dispose of it! 👍

When it comes down to retail shopping, there are the big names that are ran by a large corporation with many locations, and then there are the smaller stores that are just as efficient, but locally owned.
