100 degree days never seems hot to someone that saunas regularly.

One thing I've been doing for my recovery from chemo treatments is this sauna blanket my friend Gary A Campbell turned me onto. Over the past 2 months I've been getting into this 120° infrared sleeping bag for between 30 & 60 minutes 2-3 days a week, but now that I've started IV treatments, I'll be using it 5-7 times a week. The benefits are vast, from detoxing these helpful yet dangerous drugs, to calorie burning g and increasing energy - while I get totally relaxed and meditative in the blanket, I get out full of energy!
