During sleep, your body produces less saliva, which makes it difficult to wash away bacteria, leading to an increased risk of cavities. This is especially true if you don't brush your teeth before bed and allow the bacteria from the food you ate that day to settle on your teeth. Don't let the mouth monsters visit!
