Wailoa Park Song Circle

I've decided to "close the circle" and take a break. No one is showing up anymore. If you have any suggestions, i'd sure appreciate your comments.

We're not meeting tonight, just so you know... it was a good effort, but it's finished (for now!)

Greetings! Another Thursday has rolled around and it's time to get together playing music! I'll be looking out for you at 4pm. Check the directions out here on this page in case it's your first time. Don't forget to bring a chair and your music and your friends!

What's on my mind? THURSDAY music at the park! Who cares if it rains? We have a pavilion - uh, with no chairs, so bring yours. I'll be there by 4:00. Hope you and your friends can join us. Thank you for your support! I know there are a lot of people in the Hilo area who'd love to come. And if you have ideas for a better time to have this, let me know.

How do I say it? Well, there have been exactly 0 attendees in the past 3 weeks. It might be a simple thing that can be changed - like moving the time and place - that's stopping people from coming. Otherwise I'll drop it. Comments would be nice.

Wow! No one but me and a friend showed up last Thursday. I could see people driving by looking at the pavilion and little old me, then turning around and driving off. Guess i should hire some good musicians so it looks interesting. I'm gonna stick with it for now, but i'd dearly love some regulars. Still played - that will never stop. (Photo credit not mine.)

Been thinking about what to do on Thanksgiving. Starting an hour earlier -4pm - this time because it gets dark too early these days, and it's a holiday, as well. Bring leftovers and we'll feast! What do you think?
