Reposting a little reminder from that we just absolutely love!
SPF helps protect your skin--which is so important to retain a youthful appearance as we age. As much as we may love the sunlight, it is so important to wear your sunscreen or cover up to protect yourself.
If you are going to get some sunshine, take care and use a cream or lotion based SPF instead of an aerosol or spray SPF when using sunless products. Spray based and aerosol brand sunscreens are very drying and will not be your friend if you have gotten a spray tan or recently used any sunless tanners.

Today we are continuing to share our BEETTAN journeys and kicking off the day with Iris, our beautiful women's health doctor in Asheville, North Carolina!
We LOVE her passion and understanding of a woman's need to feel beautiful at all times--espeically during pregnancy--but also the understanding of the seriousness of avoiding UV rays and other harmful skin agents.
