-Housing shortage will continue for quite some time.
-2 year+ period to return to pre-covid new construction level.
-Not enough development of lots.
-Foreclosure inventory very low and foreclosures in process very low.
-50% chance of short recession predicted by economists; however, different type of recession, employment is still growing and plenty of jobs available.

**It's still a great time to sell your home, and interest rates for buyers are still low but slowly climbing with Fed rate increases.**
