The Medic First Aid Instructor Training Course will authorize students to be Medic First Aid Instructors. They will be able to provide training in MEDIC First Aid/CPR, applications and use of automated external defibrillators (AED’s) disease prevention from bloodborne pathogens, and applications.

30 years is certainly a legacy. What a great and honorable one with which our esteemed colleague, Vice-President Jeff McCool, has left with.
To some, we have called him Coach, to others Professor McCool, FCA Mentor, or VP McCool, but we all have called him friend.
It is with the absolute highest regard that we wish you a very happy and enjoyable retirement. It is also our privilege to say THANK YOU sir, for all you have done for the students and staff/faculty at NMJC. You made a difference, you lead with integrity, you made your mark. In addition, the College offers nationally renowned NJCAA athletic programs in baseball, men's and women's basketball, golf, women's cross country, and women's track. The men's and women's rodeo program is governed by NIRA. New Mexico Junior College is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
