My journey to Hoboken was anything but expected...
Initially drawn here for a corporate job, I had no idea this city would become so much more to me.
In 2005, I decided to truly make Hoboken my home.
By 2016, I had fully transitioned into a real estate career that rooted me even deeper into this community.
Then in 2017, what began as showing for clients at 1400 Hudson St., quickly turned into a personal revelation — this was where I belonged and by the end of the year, I was signing contracts to make it my own.
The thought of leaving the Jersey Shore had never crossed my mind, let alone leaving a secure corporate job. Yet here I am, living in what I consider the best part of town, doing a job I truly love, and taking leisurely walks with my dogs along the beautiful Hoboken waterfront.
Hoboken captivated me with its endless energy, its array of fantastic restaurants, and breathtaking views. This city has shown me the excitement of embracing change and the fulfillment that comes from finding your true home.

Selma Hepp from CoreLogic puts it this way: “With mortgage rates down, we’re expecting strong home demand in early 2024. This will likely push prices up, similar to what we saw in early 2023.”
