I've been there kicking myself for not speaking up at the right time.

It starts to consume you and overshadow any good.

So whether its negative thoughts or phrases you tell yourself or a negative person in your life, I encourage you to let it go.

And when you do, replace that with a positive.

Don’t get me wrong, in my profession I love helping women look beautiful with great hair, however, I believe true beauty comes from within and the hair is their accessory to that.

When is enough… enough?

I’ve struggled getting ahead financially for what feels like a lifetime, due to the actions from another.
