Exciting news: beginning Monday, New Smyrna Beach High School will be staffed with a NSBPD School Safety Officer! In the past, the high school was staffed by a school resource deputy from the Volusia Sheriff's Office. By having a NSBPD officer on campus, we will be able to foster a stronger connection with students and the community we proudly serve.

School Safety Officer Katlyn Margagliotti will be an integral part of the school community, building relationships and providing mentorship. This is particularly beneficial for students enrolled in the NSBHS Criminal Justice Academy, as they will have direct access to a law enforcement professional who can offer real-world insights and guidance in their studies and future careers (hopefully with NSBPD!).

With this change, NSBPD will have assigned officers at NSBHS, NSBMS, Sacred Heart Catholic School, and a floating SSO at our elementary schools.

This is a Non-Towing related post however as many of you know us towers will do anything for a Kid in need... there is nothing that makes us happier than when a little kid is wanting to check out our big tow trucks or honk that horn as we drive by....

so this is us towers asking you the general public to help us out... we have this one special little girl named Bella who back in June fell ill and was rushed to the Emergency Room thinking it was a bad stomach ache and when they did the scan it turned out that little bella had a much more serious medical issue that required emergency surgery. Unfortunately the hospital that they were at did not have a Pediatric Surgeon on staff so they had to fly bella 2 hours away to another hospital and bella was so scared of the flight and strangers that as she was being prepped for her flight a nurse came into her room with a teddy bear and gave it to Bella and it comforted her on the flight to the hospital.

Bella is now home from the hospital and recovered and had 3 wishes 1...Go to Disney 2....see Taylor Swift and 3...collect teddy bears to donate to kids at the hospitals that helped her out

We cover all of Eastern Volusia County. we are a small family owned business. We are looking for someone who is looking for a home and not just someone who is looking for a job.

Volusia County Towing Specializes in Private Property Towing we have over 300 Private Property Accounts and drivers make between $800 - $1900 a week. We contract with most of the Major Motor Clubs (NOT AAA), and provide services for various Municipalities, Cash Call & Account Customers.

Proper Candidate must:

Have Verifiable Experience in Towing.
Currently Possess a Valid Drivers License
Be 25 years of age or older
Clean Background
Able to work with minimal to no supervision
be able to operate a self loader or Flatbed
able to lift at least 50 lbs

Bonus Points If you....

Possess CDL Class A with Heavy Wrecker Experience or Desire
Knowledge of the Volusia County Area
Knowledge of Towbook Management Software
Knowledge of Omadi, Software
