Forgive me but I just had to post this for everyone again. These little beauties are called SUGAR BOMB TOMATOES and they sell at Publix for nearly $7.00 per pint container. The produce manager advised me that they would never germinate and yet I’ve been enjoying bushels of them for months for the cost of a little water and attention. Praise Jesus for making these fruits and keeping them from being genetically modified. Super sweet and tasty!!!

ON THE VERGE OF A STROKE
in November 2023, my wife took me to the doctor for a check up and the doctor basically scared me into submission.

I willingly threw my man card in the shredder, because my pride kept telling me I’m not afraid of anything, not even dying. Not in the least, but when I saw what my attitude and mindset did to my wife, it totally changed my direction and I did this .

To God be the glory for such grace to a once arrogant man who probably didn’t deserve it.

Meanwhile, these days I help Coach, the most simple eating plan that single-handedly help me do this in just a matter of a few short months!

With no drugs and no needles and no surgeries, and very very little money out of my pocket was I blessed with these results!

My energy levels went through the roof my sleep patterns improved dramatically! My blood pressure dropped drastically, and all of my numbers are back in line. Praise God!

To each and every one of you that are at the beginning of your weight loss journey, reluctantly taking your first few steps … I just feel it on my heart to share a piece of my peace with you to reassure you that you’re on the right path!

And it’s okay to be scared, it’s also every bit as normal to be nervous because the weight loss journey can seem like such a daunting, intimidating task as if you were commissioned to pulling a sword out of the stone, or an anvil that’s in the photo I had taken yesterday at Disney with my beautiful wife and our kids.

By God’s grace, I’ve gotten this far in under 90 days and to Him be the glory! No shots, no drugs, no gym memberships, no jogging, running, whathaveyou. Just a little commitment and a little grit. It's like a magic pill w/o the pill or juice of any kind.

Most importantly, you should know that you’re not alone in this journey, and that you will find so many supportive, helpful, grateful souls, spirits, minds and bodies here on my own list of friends in the coming weeks and months, years etc ... and that we’re all here eager to encourage you.

One real ironic fact, for me anyway is that while you may feel that you’re getting the gift by losing weight on your own personal journey, I know that in this particular case, I’m the one receiving the greater gift when you succeed!

Just to witness you and to hear even one of you say that you are or were encouraged by me or by any one of us, then you end up being the giver of the greatest gift.

Posting these photos are borderline embarrassing for me and yet, I feel it’s almost my own personal moral obligation to do it considering how many times I’ve tried to lose my weight and keep it off.

And this pair of photos are from nearly two weeks ago so I’m even thinner now praise God!

I’ve hidden behind family members too many times in hopes of masking my obesity issues and the vanity plane is only the tip of the iceberg for me.

I’ve used filters on some photos over the years and I’ve had discussions with my wife and family about not posting my fat pictures because of obvious reasons.

It was not until my wife insisted I get my checkup did I consider doing something about it on a serious level.

I went to the doctors office in late November 2023 and I was nearly 300 lbs.

I thought it was a blessing that I could hide it reasonably well in lieu of being a big dude but even that turned out to be a lie from the pit of hell when my doctor looked at me and my Vickie Newman Prosser Ellis with unmatched concern and said that my blood pressure was 210/110 and that I was going directly to the E.R. Immediately!

I rebuttaled her and it wasn’t until I witnessed my wife leave the room to try and regain her composure from utter fear of me stroking out or dying on her.

She was a widow once in her life and I couldn’t let her endure that a second time when it’s in my reasonable control to remedy it.

By God’s grace, I discovered a method to not only lose my weight but my blood pressure is back in check at an average of the 120’s / 80.

Meanwhile my clothes don’t fit me anymore so my greatest problem is finding new ones and boy have prices gone up, lol.

All things being equal, I’ll take that price hike and raise it with a decade long collection of XXL’s and XL’s that will be donated with cheer and gratitude to my local Good Will.
