Build a New England Hospital For Special Care that is sensory friendly, equipped with a staff that is trained to work with kids and adults with disabilities and kids and adults who are deaf with Advanced equipment with an emergency department that has an emergency urgent care and an emergency minor care unit apart from the emergency department to improve wait times in waiting rooms , with a Behavioral Health inpatient care unit and respite Behavioral Health inpatient care unit and doctors offices with an intermediate care unit,which includes private rooms for patients with family members, or relatives that will stay with the patient, a critical care unit, a cancer inpatient care unit and a behavioral outpatient care unit area in the Emergency department and trauma area for kids and adults with disabilities , all designed for people that cannot handle a regular hospital environment due to noise and light sensitivity, and also mentoring support inpatient care unit and partial day out patient care apart from the Behavioral Health inpatient care unit, for patient who go through mild behavioral health crisis and have a disability or are deaf and don't need full Behavioral Health inpatient care but still need partial inpatient care,With professional medical care and services. It will also Provide Home services like Home visiting nurses, Caring Nurses, Mentors, caregiver services,and a separate facility for a recreational place where they can learn social skills, have friends, have sports for them, learn swimming skills, survival skills, help them with homework and college, and learning, offer counseling, and educational coaches, give them a place to go after school and provide transportation from school,home, or college to the facility, a gym for sports, and recreation and also a gym for exercise, a big kitchen to teach culinary skills and and an agriculture and gardening area.
