The Littlekicks program (2yr olds) is still open for registration and will begin mid September. These parents will hear from the director later this week.

With opening day games of our 62nd season getting closer, we had our yearly kickoff event!!

Thanks to park and rec for getting us Roberts Field this year, to all those parents and players who came out, to the member of the Holyoke High School Varsity Soccer team for running the skills and drills, and to Boomer from the Springfield Thunderbirds who was our special guest!!

ALL Holyoke fields are closed today and tomorrow.

Any practices scheduled for tonight or games schedule for tomorrow have been cancelled.

Please Note:

Littlekicks (2yr old program) is cancelled for tomorrow, Saturday Sept 30.

It will be rescheduled for this Sunday Oct 1st, at 9:15am.

Picture schedules were already released to coaches for their respective parents, but here is Sunday’s whole schedule in case your communication got mixed.

Please note, there are NO hysl games this weekend for sidekicks and Coed 5/6.

ALL divisions begin their schedules on Saturday Sept 16th.

Schedules for ALL divisions will be sent to our divisions for approval tonight and will be posted this weekend.

Hi. Due the the extreme heat advisory, the Holyoke Youth Soccer League board of directors has cancelled all league practices for today, Friday, September 8.

You are free to resume normal practice routines starting this weekend when the Heat advisory is lifted after 8pm this evening.

You are free to resume normal practice routines on Friday, September 8.

We are always looking for dedicated knowledgeable soccer players who are willing to ref games.

You need to have a good understanding of the rules and be 14+
High Schoolers and College kids, easy way to make a few bucks over weekend mornings (typically).

There are limited opportunities for younger refs in the lower age divisions, but older refs are always in demand for our upper age divisions.

Thanks to Elm’s College Womens Soccer team and coaches for once again helping out at our HYSL Fall Kickoff event!!

Fun was had by all, from age 2 to 14…

As we get closer to the fall season, we would like to remind everyone that we are a small volunteer board that has a lot going on behind the scenes. We are very confident that this season will be awesome just like every year, but please give us your patience as we work to get everything coordinated.

With that being said…around now is the time we start to get bombarded with emails about “what’s going on?” “We haven’t heard anything yet”
We are aware of this, so please read the below information carefully:

All of HYSL’s game schedules will be released at the beginning of September. Games do not start until September 9th for under 3rd grade, and September 16th for over 3rd grade.

Practice schedules are dependent on coaches availability and will be communicated at the end of august when coaches are confirmed and get their rosters.
*If you have not heard from a coach by Sept 1st, then please reach out to us. Mistakes do happen and we can fix the one-offs.

**Please Note that Littlekicks (2yr olds only) is run separate from everything else and the director will begin reaching out to parents September 5th
