It is with mixed emotions that I write to let the Mount Holyoke Equestrian Center cyberverse know of my decision to step down as the Director of the Equestrian Center. Some of you know this news, but I know that others do not. I have had 20 wonderful years running a world class facility, more importantly with a truly world class management team. I am so proud of them and all that they have achieved. I am not moving on to anything specific, taking some time for myself and my family, and, of course, to ride. To all of you whom I have met while holding this position, it was a pleasure and an honor. Thank you! I look forward to participating on the MHC EC team in a different way in the fall, teaching occasionally. Please spread the word far and wide and let's find someone amazing to take the helm of this magical place! All the best! Paula Pierce
