Rain damaged drywall repair around the bottom sides of the inside of 6 louvre windows.

Patched hollow tile wall, re-tiled floor and changed toilet wax ring and fill valve. Clients were extremely happy with our work.

Replaced termite eaten beams, posts, bracing and laterals. Took 8 days from start to finish.

New rollers for the bottom of the sliding screen door.

2 louver window crank replacements.

Door hardware installation, had to router out for the strike plates and latch plates. Always great having to finish up what another contractor should have done when installing new doors.

This dryer vent was venting directly onto this big AC unit. It caused the previous owner to have to replace the AC unit atleat 1 time. The new owner hired me to reroute the vent so it would no longer vent onto the AC unit. Another exciting job complete.

Tile job...there were 3 tiles that were already popped up and out due to roots from a planter. I ended up taking out 5 more tiles to get all the roots out from under the tiles. Reset 8 tiles, grouted them and sealed them. Total time was about a day, but spread out over a week via 3 separate visits. Thinset needed to cure before grouting, and the grout needed to cure before sealing. Another exciting job.

A moving company damaged these dressers and hired me to repair. They came out beautiful.

Louver window crank replacement.

Made quick work of this project. Client was cleaning out his fathers condo and when he pulled up the floor mat in the bathroom, the rubber bottom was melted and bonded to the tile floor. In less than an hour, using the citrus cleaner in the picture and a scraper and the floor was clean.

Uninstalled exterior Entry door and white security screen door and prepped and installed new exterior entry door and black security screen door. If you have a similar type of project and need help, call me for an estimate.
