This is NOT what I thought my holidays would look like! π
Right now I should be performing in Pretty Woman The Musical and then heading back to NYC to be with my boyfriend and celebrating the holidays with family. Due to breakthrough cases of COVID, our Chicago run was cancelled and I am now quarantining in a hotel as I recover from COVID.

I am lucky to be healthy and I am also lucky to have had the resources to be both vaccinated and boosted. COVID hit me hard but I have recovered pretty damn quickly. So please, if you have the resources, I urge you to get vaccinated/boosted cause COVID ainβt playing around!!!!

For those of you who donβt know, I will be touring the US this next year as Kit De Luca in ππΉππΌ
Now I have toured before (probably 7 years ago) and have learned A LOT of lessons along the way, so although my main concentration is performing, I hope to continue to share what Iβve learned on the road and how to stay fit both physically and emotionally!

If you are frustrated with your progress, remind yourself that your body is an absolutely INCREDIBLE thing. Be patient and kind to it. Take a few moments, every day, to appreciate that. Believe it or not, that simple act of gratitude can help you create the strongest body of your life!!! ππΌ
