*REFORMER CLASSES*
Pilates Reformer takes exercises from Pilates mat repertoire and support and/or challenge them through the use of the Pilates Reformer. Working with the resistance of the springs, pulleys and body weight helps sculpt long lean muscles and connect deep muscle activation through breath and fluid movement. Reformer 1 is a beginning level Pilates Reformer class. If you have no to little experience with Pilates or the Pilates Reformer, this is the perfect class for you. Reformer 2 is an intermediate level class designed for clients with prior pilates experience
*JUMP BOARD CLASS*
In this class we work on the Pilates Reformer Jump Board. Great for low impact jumping, core strength, agility, coordination and a hit of cardio. Amazing cross training for running, hiking, all kinds of athletics and doing life! *Prior Pilates Reformer Level 2 (intermediate) & 3 (advanced) experience is required.
*TRX/MAT CLASS*
This combination TRX/Mat class utilizes the principles learned from the Pilates reformer and mat repertoire and incorporates them into the use of the TRX. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises leveraged against gravity to challenge balance and core connection while building strength and stability. This challenging class is a perfect cross-training tool for athletes while still being approachable for the everyday Pilates student.
**Be sure to check out the instructions for parking on our website. 8:30, 9:30 & 10:30am class clients will have to park on the street or at one of the neighboring parking lots. 5pm & 6pm group class clients can park in one of the nine visitor stalls in the parking lot ( #49-58 ONLY).
