Some of you have noticed, but yes I’m officially open some nights again, at least through October! In the evenings, there’s usually some space to park at the next lot over on Homerule St. Get your orders in early! Dough supply is limited every day.

DOES pineapple belong on pizza? 🍕 🍍 I personally have no problem with it, but I do with the notion of “Hawaiian” pizza.

Fruit on pizza???! It’s not as uncommon as you’d think! This pizza is actually the national pizza of Sweden and includes curried bananas with ham. I finish mine with bacon and kewpie mayo. Give it a try, if you dare! What would y’all name this?

Sigh.. well the dough fridge is finally officially done! If anybody has some leads on a solid one or two door reach, please DM me! I will be shopping around all day today and tomorrow.

Slice of the week: Grandma’s Breakfast pie! Spam, eggs, garlic butter, yuzu soy glaze.

This week’s slice special, the “carbonara” breakfast pie! Garlic herb butter, bacon, egg, plenty of parm to top! I recommend grabbing some black pepper from the toppings bar :)

Taking a half personal day to catch up on some boring real life things around the shop/home today! Living at a pizzeria is fun, but trying to keep up on chores can get exhausting 😮‍💨

Slowly building out the inventory here at the shop! Now consistently offering mini calzones as well as handmade paninis, and of course pizza by the slice! Thank you for your patience with our limited operations as we figure things out. Next is cinnamon rolls and bread pudding 🤤💜🍕

Further developing my recipe for the Curry Pocket this week! It’s like the mini calzone version of a Japanese kare pan. Will give this one to the first person who can identify the movie in the background 😜🍕💜

This last year has taught me a lot. Tonight I handed out pizza bread and water to some of the local homeless! More community outreach to come.

Happy Halloween! 🎃 👻 this week I’m trying out grandma-style cafeteria pizza! Mostly because I woke up to a spooky surprise.. all of the normally round & smooth dough balls turned square & bubbly 😩

But you know what they say: If life gives you loose, saggy balls, then make bread instead! Or something like that. Either way, Cuomo approves. 🍕🐶
