Construction at The Park is steadily progressing! Liona Tower is approaching the 25th floor, with window installation finishing up on the 12th floor. Meanwhile, cabinet installation is taking place on the 3rd floor, along with waterproofing and ceramic tile installation.

Rycroft Tower is also making its way up, reaching the 15th floor, with wall framing taking place on the 13th floor and window installation on the 7th floor.

Liona Tower is gaining new height! The concrete slab for the 19th floor will be completed this week, the walls on levels 5 to 14 are being framed, and 4th floor window installation has begun.

As for Rycroft Tower, the concrete slab for the 6th floor is almost complete. The parking structure is also underway, as the foundation is being formed and poured.

This establishment is a step up from your average fast food sushi joint. They have higher quality seafood and more imaginative choices, offering nigiri, chirashi, hand rolls, and specialty rolls, as well as noodle dishes, bento, and salads.

The work at The Park on Ke'eaumoku is steadily continuing!

The concrete pouring for the 10th floor of the Liona Tower is about to begin as the rebar is set in place. The Rycroft Tower has begun vertical construction, with the elevator shaft and second floor structure moving up. The excavation around the perimeter has finished, and the pillars for The Park's parking garage are in place.

The Park on Ke'eaumoku has gone vertical!

The 3rd floor concrete slab of Liona Tower is nearly complete and decking for the 4th floor has begun. The Rycroft Tower's ground level is progressing, as the elevator and stairwell core walls have just gone up, and the mat foundation has been completed.

The parking garage is making its way as well, with excavation currently ongoing along the perimeter to form the foundation.

The Park on Ke'eaumoku is excited to announce updated terms for our Affordable Housing Units! We are now offering a 20-year Restriction Period for a selection of units, a reduction from our previous 30-year affordability period.
Our income limits have also been updated. Previous units that required household earnings not to exceed 100% of Area Median Income ("AMI") have been bumped up to 120% of AMI. Similarly, units that required 120% of AMI have been bumped up to 140% of AMI.
