Here’s a cool and easy tip!!! Use stencils and your leftover icing to create your own sprinkles… these were for my sweater weather cookie class. They look great and taste amazing!

Ain’t this the truth!!!

I finally got 8 hours of sleep! It took me 4 days, but whatever…

Class is in session! To become a cookie ninja you have to learn all the ways of royal icing! Today, we’ll be learning how to make it, color it, and the difference between the consistencies. Then we’ll decorate some cute cookies! I can’t wait 😆!

You ever wake up one day and ask yourself…”Self, Ima try something new today!”? Well I did that all this week! I had a few choice words embarking on this new journey, and there were lots of successes and lots of challenges but I did have fun 😆 I still loved how this came out and I am so happy the recipient loved it.
So the burning question I get all the time is if I do cakes.. and folks.. the answer is….. still NOPE🤣🤣 but maybe 🤔 one day. I will continue to practice though…!

Only a few make it this far…but Making up 1% of the enlisted force , today I had the honor to not only sing the national anthem, but also take part in celebrating this awesome achievement with one of the top leaders in my unit! Congratulations CMSgt Mccollugh!!
