Hachibei’s menu
Our Torimomo, originated in Kagawa-prefecture, is a Hachibei menu item that is exclusive to our location in Hawaii!
The skin is crispy and flavorful, and the inside is juicy. It comes with 3 pieces of tawara nigiri (rice balls) that you can dip in the flavored chicken oil.

The reservations may fill up quickly, so it is recommended to make a reservation early!!
Please make a reservation from the button on the profile screen or through “ Resy “.
Be sure to select a 5:30pm or 7:45pm table labeled “Tsukimaki” to make a reservation for the Tsukimaki omakase course. Tables labeled “Upstairs” are not for the omakase course and will be for our normal dining.
