One of my favorite roofs, Standing Seam Aluminum Metal Roof.
This roof is truly built to last in any climate. People don't think to compare a typical "Tar/Shingle Roof System" on a home in Arizona or California VS a home in Hawaii. Sometimes a normal shingle roof isn't what your home needs depending on where you live on the island.
The homes in drier climates will typically last longer than the homes in Hawaii because we are in the middle of the Pacific Ocean and people sometimes forget this when planning upgrades to their home and as to where they live geographically on the island.
This property owner decided to go with this amazing metal roof because they do not plan to sell now or ever but to keep this home in the family. But if they do for some reason decide to sell this home, the property will sell for more beause of the value metal roofs add's in Hawaii's real Estate market. Most homeowners buying today want a turn key home and whats better than an Aluminum Standing Seam Metal Roof?

Another perfect "Rustic Shake" Metal Roof install! Mahalo's Crew for your hard work on this project!
The orginal roof was wood shake, so we converted the roof first by re-decking with 1/2" plywood to provide solid decking for the Rustic Shake install. This project only took 5 days to complete 🤙🏽
