Staff Council’s Reflections & Resolutions was another eventful day today, thanks to all the wonderful students, staff, faculty and admin who shared some honest, memorable, and positive responses about themselves. We’ll be leaving this board in the Ohia cafe for the remainder of the week for all to enjoy.

Staff Council meetings are open to all staff members. You may join us at any of these meetings for this spring semester. They are held every 1st and 3rd Tuesday’s at 10am in Kauila Conference Rm 123.

“Party Like It’s 2019!” We played the music, and you guessed the decade the songs came out and the artist name and/or song title. Participants were mostly Generation Z who also had the most correct answers or guesses. Good job Gen Z! Thanks to all the participants today, we had a great time!

The first of a series of HR info sessions hosted by Staff Council for all staff members. This afternoon’s session with UPW Unit 01 staff. Mahalo to Linda, Darsh and the Auxiliary Services dept for participating and for all that you do for the campus.

We will play the music, you guess the decade when these popular hits were released. Just a simple and fun way to connect at the end of another decade.

We had a successful day at our “Appreciation Station” today on campus. Mahalo to all the staff, students, faculty and administrators who participated in sharing some words of appreciation.

Staff Council is inviting the campus community in expressing our gratitude and appreciation for each other at our “Appreciation Station”. Write a little thank you or something positive about an instructor, coworker, and/or student that you know. Spread a little ALOHA! Remember, it is the little things that can go a long way towards making a brighter day!
