In 2020, when the world was going through a tumultuous time, as a way to stay connected, Amber (of Salty Girl Jewelry ) and Jackie manifested a project to collaborate and create a bespoke, elevated coffee jewelry collection. Their intention was to connect Kona Coffee Purveyors’ passion to showcase the most beautiful coffee in the world with Amber’s elegent artistry in translating living objects into eternal wearable pieces.  Surveying the current marketplace for coffee jewelry, there is no doubt these are the highest quality and most beautiful pieces of their kind ever created.
 
Here we are in 2024 and we are so excited to share the first two pieces of our collaboration together.  The Kona Coffee Bean necklace is a replica of an exact Kona coffee bean, cast in 100% Sterling Silver with oxidation in the recessed areas, embellished with line of white topaz, and stamped with the Kona Coffee Purveyors’ logo, the ‘Ākepa bird which lives in the Ohia Lehua forest of the Big Island where Kona Coffee is grown.  The Kona Coffee bean, being made of pure sterling silver, has a weight quality to it which feels luxurious and solid.  It hangs from a diamond cut chain that has facets on every tiny link that catch light from all directions, creating a subtle sparkle.
 
Jackie’s son Liam was tasked with finding a coffee bean that was small enough to look adorable on the ear. He found one that met his standards while Jackie was roasting coffee, and described it as the most perfect bean, which Amber then created into a wearable earring.  As a single stud or as a pair, this is perfect for any coffee lover.  It is also cast in 100% sterling silver with oxidation artfully applied in recessed areas.

Kona Peaberry

The dense peaberry bean boasts a more complex taste - of brown sugar, fruity and hazelnut, sourced from a single Kona estate and roasted with precision in our roastery. Often times these beans are hidden in smaller sized fruit so upon the first pass in the wet-mill the coffee fruit stays on the bean until it is later washed off. This gives this bean a fruitier taste that is just so delicious!

Mauna Loa Estate

Nestled within a natural rain forest at 1700 ft elevation, this South Kona estate receives ample amounts of rain and sun-shade for elongated cherry ripening. The resulting cup is smooth with notes of tangerine, almond and cocoa.

Keep your favorite Kona coffee hot wherever you go. This sleek ceramic Hyper Pure Ceramic tumbler was created with versatility, portability and performance to create a modern coffee mug. Whether you put a hot or cold beverage in this tumbler, the feather light, inert ceramic material keeps the exterior of the mug at room temperature.

The 12oz tumbler comes with a clear lid that slides open and close. The reverse side of this tumbler is etched with our Kona Coffee Purveyors Logo, the Akepa bird. Akepa lives in the Ohia Lehua forest of the Big Island and is currently endangered.
