It's been a busy month with my beloved clients and my third closing this week 🏡

This closing was a true success story for my buyer, who is active duty military and has been on and off a submarine with limited communication while in contract (and on strict timelines). With great teamwork from all parties, we were miraculously able to pull this off for him and secure his new beautiful townhome before he surfaced again to land. We even managed to get his alive and well statement prior to closing from the deep ocean blue 💙

As an active duty military wife, it is no surprise that serving our active duty service members and veterans is one of my sincere passions. I am absolutely thrilled for my client, who originally thought he was only going to be able to afford a small one bedroom condo in a highrise. With some creativity and negotiating skills (and a great lender), we were able to ultimately achieve his goal of owning a townhome as his very first home with an extra room for her guests to come visit! Well deserved.

On October 19, I will be 1 of 96 people participating in the 15th Annual Over The Edge fundraiser for the athletes of Special Olympics Hawai'i. I will be rappelling 40 stories - that's 400 feet - down the side of the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa for this great cause!

Over The Edge is so much more than just a fun thrill! It’s an important fundraiser for Special Olympics Hawai’i, an organization that provides year-round sports training, competitions, health, leadership, and inclusionary programs for more than 3,400 local children and adults with intellectual disabilities across our state. All these programs are always free of charge thanks to generous donors and wonderful community supporters.

Please help me support these inspiring athletes and meet my fundraising goal. Your tax-deductible donation will impact the lives of these athletes and their families as they experience the joy of sports and will enable them to succeed, both on and off the playing field.
