Aloha friends!
HARIETT is constantly working to improve our programs, as well as to track performance. This is important to ensure that we don’t become complacent in what we do and how we do it. It’s also important to ensure that we are always working to improve our services to our members at UNITE HERE! Local 5. We know that no program is perfect, but we should aspire to make it so and work towards that goal. As such, we are reaching out to you for information that we will use to evaluate ourselves, the programs and make improvements. (Everything can be improved!)
If you are a graduate of one or more of our education and training programs, we would appreciate if you could please click on the following link to answer a short survey.

A couple of items:
1. We ask for name and e-mail, but this is just to ensure we don’t do follow up calls to those that have filled out the survey.
2. If you are unable to fill out the survey, a volunteer will be calling to try and collect this information. If you do not wish to participate in the survey, just e-mail me back and I will remove your name from the survey.
If you have any questions, concerns, complaints or comments, please reach out to me directly at the contact info below.
Thanks!
James
