Doraku Waikiki is getting a head start on Spring with “Sushi, Beats, & Bloody Marys.” Offered exclusively from March 5th and every Sunday after (11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) our amazing Sushi Chefs and bartenders will present a new Maki Roll and Bloody Mary cocktail. The unique hand-made Maki Roll, “Spicy Salmon Crunch,” (6 pc.) features Cucumber, Avocado, Shiso, and Crab Stick wrapped in nori, then flash-fried with Tempura Batter, then decorated with Spicy Salmon, Ikura, Green Onion, Spicy Aioli, and Unagi Sauce, priced at $19. 

Guests choose their “base spirit” from 3 options: Aoki sake, Wheatley vodka, or Corazón tequila. Once picked, the bartenders create the cocktail with Clamato, Tomato Paste, Sriracha, Wasabi, Ponzu, Fresh Lime Juice with a Tajin (mild chili peppers, lime, sea salt) rim, topped off with a hearty garnish of Grilled Shish*to Pepper, Pork Belly, Lime, and a Green Olive. These savory cocktails are only offered on Sundays during lunch and are priced at $12.

Doraku Sushi is celebrating Valentine' Day with two new specials at Doraku Waikiki and Doraku Kaka'ako!

At Doraku Waikiki, a coffee cocktail, the “Espresso Love," is available from Fri. Feb. 10, to Tues., Feb. 14., featuring Selvarey Chocolate Rum (by multi-Grammy award-winner Bruno Mars). From Mon., Feb. 13 to Sun., Feb. 19, Doraku Kaka’ako is offering Beef Tongue Teppanyaki on a hot skillet and the Mahi Mahi Nanbanzuke, a crispy tempura-fried Mahi Mahi marinated in yuzu chili ponzu sauce.
