We wrapped up our @kidsheartchallenge with our final incentive to SLIME Ms. Hailee and Mr. Metzger today😃! 17 students qualified by raising more than $300 each, for a grand total of $21,565.20 collected this year -- a new school record👏. Hawaiian Humane Society
Today our 7th graders partnered with our kindergarteners to decorate ping pong balls for the Hawaiian Humane Society so their kitties can have fun batting them around. Our Chinese Immersion Club recently learned about Chinese tea culture and the important, historic and social role tea plays in everyday life. Mrs. Rasay showed the students how to make tea, and they practiced simple social phrases like their name and introducing themselves in Mandarin, much like they would in a traditional Chinese tea house. #hfcahawaii #holyfamilycatholicacademy #hawaiicatholicschools #chineseclub
